Recently, when a top music executive asked Alexandria what was her genre, her answer was simple: "Big Band Rockabilly Blues", a genre that she happily created for herself; specifically, to describe her heart and soul for music.
"Big band, because there is nothing like big band musicians who play real music the way they did in the big band era; Rockabilly, because no one rocked country music, pop, gospel and blues like Elvis; and Blues because every tender note and every dramatic emotion that comes from a blues' artist voice is sung from the depth of his or her soul."
Born in New York City, Alexandria has already had an incredible journey in the world of entertainment.
Since Alexandria was a child, life has been her stage. She loves to dance, loves movies, loves animation, loves comedy, loves to laugh, loves theater, loves music and loves to sing; and if you’ve ever seen her show, you would know that she takes all of the things that she loves the most and brilliantly brings them together for what is truly an incredible Las Vegas production; a very big song and dance spectacular that always merits a standing ovation.
Before Alexandria started her exciting singing career, she was also an actress on the ABC Television Network; and even co-hosted her very own national television program on the Nickelodeon Television Network.
Hailed as this generation’s Judy Garland and the ‘female’ Michael Bublé, Alexandria is currently finalizing several new albums including her ‘Live from Las Vegas’ album, an exciting Christmas album and her very own album of original music.
